- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was quoted a price of $150 to do my taxes over the phone. I went in and when I got to the end they told me the tab would be $360. When I complained they told me I could go somewhere else. I asked the name of who I spoke with the person I spoke Sandy rushed up from her desk and said I "misunderstood" her and blamed me for the whole incident.
